**In order to receive a tax refund for your sponsorship, please follow these instructions:

1. Checks must be written to the USBSF Athlete Training Fund.

2.You must include a letter of intent, specifically stating that the money is a sponsorship for Jamie Greubel.

3.*Important* Do not write my name anywhere on the check (even in the memo section), as this will be considered a "gift", which is not tax deductible.
